- Pour the appropriate amount of the product into the spa or hot tub while the equipment is turned on.
- Run the filter for 1-2 hours.
- The water can be retested in 20 minutes.
It is important to note that the packaging of this product may vary.
The ideal hardness level for spas and hot tubs is 200-400 ppm. Adding 1 ounce of this product per 500 gallons of water will increase the hardness by approximately 10 ppm.
